Wow!! Truly no words. I tried Jeremiah’s for the first time tonight and I am shocked I have never heard of it before. They have an amazing selection, fair prices, and extremely generous portions! The ladies that served us were so nice, the customer service was extraordinary. They are also dog friendly with an outdoor seating area. Will definitely return

Staffs are quick and ice cream is really good. Can’t wait to try again.. We tried mango and peanut butter pecan. Also they gave us Orion ice cream to taste.. felt wow and must try..

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice in Matthews, outside of Charlotte, was a novel experience—a mix of Italian ice and ice cream—who knew it can lead to a lot of piquant flavors? We visited on a Friday evening and it wasn’t busy. We got: Peanut Butter Cup: Imagine a layering of Peanut Butter Italian Ice and Chocolate ice cream with the extra(too extra) decadence of chocolate chips. If you’re into peanut butter in your sweet treats, this might be for you. Mango: The mango Italian ice with the soft serve on top was a great way to conclude the long week. The mango flavor really came through. The staff also offered us some complimentary Oreo icecream sandwiches which we thought was a sweet gesture. They’ve a lot of other flavors including strawberry, orange and much more. Seating is available both inside and outside. That it’s located in a strip mall means there’s a lot of parking outside. I’ll be back here.

It was our first time here and Natalie along with the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing! Natalie was also very kind, friendly and made the kids so happy! A++ experience!

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice has the very best Italian ice and soft serve ice cream in the Charlotte area! Wow!!! Perfect consistency and flavor for their soft serve ice cream and their water ices are spot on great. Many flavors and a small gets you 3 different flavors too! Their staff are really sweet and welcoming. Excellent family place to come for a great dessert. The sugar free cherry water ice is awesome too. Loved it!!! Jeremiah is from Philly too.

Exceptional!!! I’m not one to leave reviews usually but I thought I would take the time out of my day to share my thoughts. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The product was a 10/5 and prices were fair and on point for the portion sizes. Overall thoughts, I would pick Jeremiah’s Italian ice over ice cream any day of the week!!! Please come here and give it a try you will not be disappointed!

So good! Came on a Sunday around 1 so it was really busy but they were so fast and friendly! We had strawberry shortcake, strawberry lemon, Oreo mud pie, and mango vanilla..and they were all delicious!

We enjoyed our sweet treats they were absolutely delicious if you haven’t tried them I’d highly recommend it you will be going back time and time again staff was super friendly and place was nice and clean! You won’t regret coming at all just come and get you some sweet treats
